Workshop Terms and Conditions

Participants must book their spot in a workshop through the Dokreates website or other designated booking platforms.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the workshop.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
No refunds will be issued for workshop bookings. However, rescheduling is possible if the participant notifies us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the workshop.
In the unlikely event that Dokreates is unable to conduct the workshop for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the participants.
Rescheduled workshops must be attended within any of the next available workshop dates.

3. Location and Travel

The location of the punch needle workshop may change, and participants may be required to travel within the Algarve region to attend the workshop.
Dokreates will provide participants with the updated workshop location details at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the workshop location.

4. Workshop Conduct and Participation

Participants are expected to arrive on time for the workshop and follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop instructor.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the workshop, and no refund will be provided.

5. Liability

Dokreates is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages to personal property sustained during the workshop.
Participants are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety during the workshop.

6. Photography and Media

Dokreates reserves the right to photograph or record the workshop for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify the workshop instructor at the beginning of the workshop.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Dokreates reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Participants are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes or updates.

8. Consent

By booking a punch needle workshop with Dokreates, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
